Specialist Future Focus team

Our Future Focus team is made up of Peer Support workers, Psychologists, Advanced Practitioners and Speech and Language Therapists. The team works with those who have existing relationships with the children and young people (i.e. social workers, foster carers). They help foster carers understand what has happened to the young person, what is happening now and how they can be supported moving forward.
