During this 1-hour session, the friendly team at Stockton Borough Council will deliver a presentation on what it means to be a foster carer, the children who are in care, the 'types' of foster care and the stages of the assessment process. Plus the support, training and allowances that are part of the package. There will also be a chance to have your questions answered by a current foster carer.
